Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us at Ettire. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

• Check Your Product Before Receiving
  Please check and try the product in front of the delivery person before accepting the delivery. You may check the frame, fitting, appearance, and overall condition of the product.
• Return at the Time of Delivery
  A return is only accepted at the time of delivery, in front of the delivery person. If you do not find the product suitable after checking it, you may return it immediately to the delivery person. The delivery charge will still be payable by the customer.
• No Return or Refund After Receiving
  Once you have accepted and received the product after checking it, no return or refund will be available. Please make sure you are satisfied with the product before accepting the delivery.
• Exchange Within 7 Days
  You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product if the eyewear is not suitable for your face or you feel another frame would suit you better. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.
• Exchange Conditions
  Exchange requests will only be considered for face suitability or fitting preferences. Exchange requests due to damage, scratches, accidental damage, misuse, or other reasons unrelated to face suitability will not be accepted.
• No Partial Refund
  Partial refunds or refunds of any amount are not available for exchanges. If you exchange your product, the value of the new product must match or exceed the value of your previous order. If the new product has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference. If the new product has a lower value, the difference will not be refunded.
• Non-Returnable Items
  Prescription lenses, customized eyewear, and items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Exchange Process
  For an eligible exchange request, please contact us with your order details within 7 days. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
• Shipping & Delivery Charges
  Delivery or return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was delivered incorrectly by Ettire.

Ettire reserves the right to determine whether a return or exchange request meets the conditions stated above.
